1. What this build does

The website is a set of static pages. It has no user accounts, no payments, no newsletter and no form that submits data to a server. It installs no behavioural analytics, advertising trackers, social plug-ins or third-party fonts. The pages load only their own stylesheet, script and icon from the same origin.

We do not say that "no personal data is ever processed", because serving a web page necessarily involves technical data such as your IP address reaching the host. What the site itself adds on top of that is a single optional "notice dismissed" flag, described in the next section, and nothing else.

2. Local tools and drafts

The archive filters, the CSV download and the contact draft tool run entirely in your browser. Filter selections are held in memory and are lost when you leave the page. Text you type into the draft tool stays in memory until you choose to copy it or download it as a file; it is not transmitted and is not stored in cookies or browser storage. The draft tool asks only for a page reference, a topic, an optional source URL and a message. It does not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, payment details or health information.

A small storage notice appears in the corner of the page on a first visit. If you press "OK, hide this notice", the site writes one value (wsc-notice-dismissed = 1) to your browser's local storage so the notice is not shown again on this device. That value identifies nothing about you and is never read by any server. If you press "Keep showing", nothing is written and the notice simply closes for that page view. You can delete the flag at any time by clearing site data in your browser. The cookies and storage page lists this as the only storage mechanism the site's own code uses.

3. Hosting and technical logs

Whoever hosts the site may keep technical server logs (for example IP address, requested URL, time, browser identifier) for security and operation. Whether such logs exist, how long they are retained and on what legal basis depends on the hosting provider and configuration chosen by the operator, not on this HTML. Those details are recorded as pre-launch dependencies rather than invented here.

4. External links

Links to the JuegosONCE results archive and rules page, and to Gamblers Anonymous, lead to sites operated independently of this website. Their privacy practices are their own. External links use rel="noopener" and are not affiliate or tracking redirects.

5. Age and audience

The content concerns a lottery and is intended for adults. The site collects no age data and cannot verify age; it simply offers no gambling service that would require it.

6. Items completed by the operator before launch

The following must be filled in from the real configuration where the applicable law requires them. They are intentionally not fabricated on this page:

• Identity of the controller or publisher responsible for the site.
• Hosting provider, log retention period and lawful basis for technical logs.
• A working channel for privacy or rights requests (the contact page currently prepares text only and sends nothing).
• Any consent mechanism, if non-essential tools are ever added (see Cookies).

7. Changes

If tools, hosting or purposes change, this page will be updated and the change dated on the day it is made. Current version: 2, updated to describe the storage notice flag; the underlying research snapshot remains 28 September 2026.
